Deals Brewing Based On CEORater and TEK2day Traffic?
Based on the inbound traffic to our CEORater and TEK2day properties our best guess is that M&A due diligence is taking place for a deal between some combination of Fiserv (FISV), FIS Global (FIS) and Global Payments (GPN). The last time we saw this type of activity on our platform was in the several months leading up to the AT&T (T), WarnerMedia, Discovery (DISCA) deal announcement last week. Separately, there is a fair amount of activity around MRI Software (a privately-held PropTech company) and its CEO Patrick Ghilani across our properties. Perhaps the latter case is IPO-related. CoStar (CSGP) is large enough to execute an acquisition of MRI, yet it is not clear that CoStar wishes to pursue this path.
