Defining A Winning Culture

A Winning Culture Doesn’t Happen by Accident

“Culture” is a word of the moment that has been spoken ad nauseam, primarily by sports and business media. Sports journalists heavily used the word during the recent NFL coaching carousel. Look no further than our recent CEORater 2019 Technology CEOs of the Year for examples of CEOs and leadership teams that have created winning cultures. In a recent podcast episode, we highlighted characteristics of winning cultures including: performance-based output, pay-for-performance, accountability, meritocracy, effective communication, transparency, organizational learning and more.
