Look no further than our recent CEORater 2019 Technology CEOs of the Year for examples of CEOs and leadership teams that have created winning cultures. In a recent podcast episode, we highlighted characteristics of winning cultures including: performance-based output, pay-for-performance, accountability, meritocracy, effective communication, transparency, organizational learning and more.
